We are proud to announce that "Mercy Ships" is our supported charity this year and DSNA will match the amount raised by raffle tickets and donations on the day of the conference. Mercy Ships uses hospital ships to deliver free, world-class health care services, capacity building and sustainable development to those without access in the developing world. Founded in 1978, Mercy Ships has mobilised some 35,000 volunteers working in more than 70 countries. Each year Mercy Ships has more than 1,600 volunteers from more than 40 nations. Professionals including surgeons, nurses, dentists health care trainers, and others donate their time and skills to the effort. Just $25 can provide a patient’s care for one whole day.
